Leslie joined SALT Solutions in 2017, dedicated to serving our healthcare clients across 30 states. Specializing in sales and use tax refunds, compliance, audit defense, tax planning, credits & incentives, and unclaimed property. Leslie manages projects for national and regional laboratories, hospital systems, ASCs, and other healthcare providers. Her expertise helps clients reduce tax burdens and identify potential liabilities. She has earned the Sales Tax Certified Member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (CMI) designation from IPT and is a Certified Public Accountant, highlighting her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and proficiency in the field.
Prior to joining SALT Solutions, she worked as a tax auditor with the Kansas Department of Revenue, consulting at a Big 4 accounting firm, and in multi-national tax departments. She has been managing audits and working with audit departments across the U.S. to obtain outcomes that were fair and accurate for most of her career dating back to 2002. Her experience spans across several industries but primarily healthcare, railroad, transportation, manufacturing, repair, and telecommunications.
