Dave Dlugopolski

David Dlugopolski has dedicated his entire professional career to state and local tax helping clients navigate these challenging topics since 1988.  David has dedicated the time to learn the demands state and local tax impose both in-house as well as consulting.  David began his career with a national state and local tax provider straight out of the University of Central Florida.  He ascended quickly within the organization to Assistant Vice President working closely with clients creating tax solutions.  It was this close work that led to David’s next strategic move choosing to accept an in-house Tax Manager position with a leading healthcare organization.  This move allowed David to become familiar with the needs of a client as a client.  Multiple years were dedicated to the in-house tax needs of this organization allowing David the invaluable experience of solving complex tax issues and realizing the need for a better state and local tax consulting alternative.  This need led to the foundation of Property Valuation Services.  With this deep understanding of taxation and a focus on the technical aspects of the business, David continues to play a key role within the organization.
